Helpdex Support Helpdex Support provide services and support for a variety of systems which includes telephone and remote support throughout the UK.
Telephone support is provided during the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Excl Bank Holidays), calls to our service desk are handled by a team of professionals trained to deal with your call.
To provide support outside of these hours we operate a unified messaging service where any messages left with our call centre trigger text and e-mail messages to our technical personnel.
